Meet Fred Leonard, Chief Executive Office, with over 44 years business experience of which 23 years as an owner/operator of assisted living facilities in North Carolina.  Fred brings a keen eye for accounting and management, but also has tremendous passion for the industry and protecting the partners investment.  Fred holds a master’s in business administration from the Harvard Business School.
